JKPSC has given a notice to the candidates who has applied for the post of Assistant Professor regarding producing the category certificates.
Submission of category certificates.
Whereas, the Hon’ble High Court vide its order dated 27.10.2015 has disposed of the CDLSW No. D-64/2015 with the following directions:-
“ Having regard to the contents of the application for interim relief and in order to preserve the list operation of the order dated 11.06.2015, is stayed leaving the competent authority free to undertake and finalize the selection process for the post of Assistant Professor initiated in terms of Notification No. 12-PSC(DR-P) of 2014 dated 29.05.2014. However, while so doing , posts , equivalent to the number of private respondents/petitioners, reportedly 43 in all, shall not be filled up till further orders. MP disposed of”.
Whereas, on scrutiny of the documents, provided by the petitioners with the writ petition, the subject-wise list of petitioners is prepared as under:-

whereas, the Commission is going to conduct the interview for the posts of Assistant Professors from 07.01.2016; whereas, the Commission is not aware about the category of the above mentioned petitioners in which the posts are to be kept reserved;
Now, therefore, these candidates are hereby informed through the medium of this notice to produce a documentary evidence of the category to which they belong to in case they belong to reserved category. In case all or some of the petitioners belong to General category (OM) they may also intimate the same in writing. The above information should reach this office by 5th of January,
2016.
