RESEARCH ASSISTANT IN THE TAMIL NADU TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING SUBORDINATE SERVICE (2011 - 2012)

The candidates whose Register Numbers are mentioned below have been provisionally admitted to Certificate Verification for Oral Test for appointment by direct recruitment to the post of RESEARCH ASSISTANT IN THE TAMIL NADU TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING SUBORDINATE SERVICE (2011 - 2012) based on the results of the Computer based Test conducted by the Commission on 27.12.2015 FN & AN. The Certificate Verification will be held on 25.02.2016 FN, at the office of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, Frazer Bridge Road, Chennai- 600003.The candidates should come to office of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission with all original certificates in support of the claims made in their online applications. Individual intimation regarding the date and time of the Certificate Verification for Oral Test will be sent to the candidates separately:-

Notes:- 1. Mere inclusion of the Register Numbers of candidates will not imply that his/her candidature has been fully considered for Oral Test.

2. The candidates whose Register Numbers are found in the above list have been admitted provisionally to the Certificate Verification for Oral Test based on the marks obtained by them in the Computer Based Test, Educational Qualification possessed by them etc., The admission of candidates to Certificate Verification for Oral Test is provisional subject to verification and acceptance of the claim in their online applications towards Age, Educational Qualification etc, through original documents. If any of their claims are found to be false or incorrect, their provisional admission to Certificate Verification for Oral Test will be cancelled and they will not be admitted to Oral Test. 

3. The Candidates who have appeared for the Computer Based Test and whose register numbers are not found in the above list have not been admitted to the Certificate Verification for Oral Test.

 4. The admission of the above candidates to the Certificate Verification for Oral Test is purely provisional subject to the decision of the Commission and subject to the final orders to be passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras in the WPs and other cases pending on the files of the Hon’ble High Court, Madras/Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, if any, relating to this recruitment. 

5. Candidates who have been admitted provisionally to the Certificate Verification for Oral Test are hereby advised to attend the Certificate Verification for Oral Test with all the relevant documents in original, without fail. Failure to produce even anyone of the essential document will result in their non-admission to the Oral Test.
