DOCUMENTS VERIFICATION FOR CANDIDATES CALLED FOR

Referring to your application for recruitment examination 2015 in RIICO Ltd., you are required to get all your original documents and certificates verified on following date and time:
24 Dec. 2015 (Thursday) at 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM
POST NO. 7: JUNIOR ASSISTANT at Room no. 99, University College of Science (M.B. Campus ), Durga Nursery Road, Udaipur (Raj). Help Line No: 9116053020
List of documents and certificates to be verified:
1- 10th , 12th Mark sheet and Board Certificate
2- Under Graduate Mark Sheet and Degree
3- Post Graduate Mark Sheet and Degree
4- Caste Certificate (In case of OBC candidates, caste certificate should not be more than six month old)
5- Domicile certificate
6- Other documents, Mark sheets, experience certificates if any and any other certificates in support of eligibility as prescribed in the recruitment advertisement by RIICO Ltd., Jaipur
7- If you have been awarded grade in marks sheet by your University/ Board kindly submit grade to percentage conversion formula certificate.
8- If you are graduate/post graduate from university of India which is not listed in updated list of recognised universities in UGC website (www.ugc.ac.in), candidate shall be required to produce latest recognised certificate of university issued from UGC.
NOTE: 1- The document verification does not guarantee appointment. 2- Kindly bring two set of self attested copy of above listed documents along with the originals. 3- Candidate belong to OBC/OBC-SBC (NON Creamy Layer ) category shall be eligible for consideration against OBC category reservation only if they provide NON Creamy Layer OBC category certificate issued not later than 6 months from the date of document verification. All other candidates not belonging to reserved category /candidates who fail to submit required certificate on the day of document verification shell be treated as general category candidates.
