Post-doctoral fellow (RA)  position at DBT-ICGEB Bioenergy Centre

A Post-doctoral fellow (RA) position is available in DBT-ICGEB Centre for
Advanced Bioenergy Research at ICGEB, Aruna Asaf Ali Marg, New Delhi, India.

The position is available initially for one year with annual extension based on satisfactory performance (total duration of the project: 3.5 years).

Eligibility and experience:

Ph.D. in Plant Sciences, Biotechnology or any other relevant field; with
experience in Algal culture, genetic transformation and molecular biology techniques

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for the position will be to optimize the media and  transformation of marine algae by genetic manipulation of nuclear and chloroplast genome.
