ESSENTIAL: PhD in Organic Chemistry with at least seven years post-doctoral experience in the field of drug discovery. Experience of working in pharmaceutical industry, and expertise in High-content screening platforms, cell culture, pharmacology, assay development for HTS screens and chemical biology. A good understanding of cell biology.

ESSENTIAL: Ph.D. with seven years of relevant experience in cell and molecular biology in the context of
disease. Either multi-disciplinary experience or familiarity with areas beyond the immediate discipline of expertise will be preferred. Proven expertise in high-content screening methodologies.Utilize frontline
approaches in the areas of cell and molecular biology to identify drug targets for specific diseases. Work in close collaboration with computational and mathematical biologists to exploit the potential of systems-based
approaches.
