How to get various Duplicate Certificates from CBSE Guidelines and Application


1. Applicants should use separate form for each certificate. If necessary typed/Photostat  application form may be used.
2.        Candidate applying for duplicate documents and Migration Certificate upto Examination of 2001 may send application along with fee to the Deputy Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, Todarmal Marg, Ajmer, (Rajasthan). All payments be made in favour of Secretary, CBSE, payable at Ajmer and mode of payment shall be IPO / Bank Draft only. Those applying personally at Ajmer Office may deposit fee in cash also.
3.        Triplicate copy or of further copies of qualifying certificates shall not be issued unless the Controller of Examinations is further satisfied by some documentary evidence that the duplicate copy has also been actually lost / destroyed.
4.           In case the fee is remitted by crossed Postal Order / Bank Draft, it must be drawn in favour of the Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, payable at the concerned Regional Office.

5.        Fees prescribed for various certificates are as follows (DOCUMENTS WILL BE RECEIVED AFTER 15 DAYS ( EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS) :

6  If certificate is required after two days (excluding holidays) an urgent fees of     Rs.100.00 extra may be remitted. If the certificate is required by post an extra amount of Rs. 25.00 may also be remitted. (Rs. 35/- for outstation candidates)

7 In case the document is not collected by the applicant within three months from the date of depositing the fees, it will be cancelled and the candidate will have to apply afresh in case he needs the same.

8. The certificate will ordinarily be issued after two weeks (excluding holidays) from the date of receipt of the application from and the fee, provided the application form is found complete in all respects.

9. Migration certificate is issued only to those candidates who have passed an examination of the Board or to those who have been placed in compartment in order to enable them to seek admission for a further course of study. The failed candidates should not apply for migration certificate and Provisional Certificate. Please also mention previous year's Roll No. if passed in second chance compartment examination for Provisional Certificate

10. All certificates for Delhi Region will be delivered on the production of receipt issued by the Board between 3 to 5 PM only (excluding holidays). The fee from candidates of Delhi Region for 2003 and onwards examinations can be deposited between 9.15 AM to 1.15 PM on every working day at Syndicate Bank, PS 1-2, Institutional Area, Patparganj, Delhi-110092

11. The students of Chennai Region who have passed examination in 1991 or later should apply to Chennai Regional office only for obtaining duplicate documents.

  • All the private students who wants to enroll in Reappear,Improvement,Additional will do the registration by clicking on "Click Here" button.
  • Students are advised to double check the complete form that each & every column is filled with correct details/particulars before submitting the Application form for Examination.
  • After successfully registration, Students are advised to note their userid's and password which also would be sent on their registered email id and mobile number.
  • After the submission of online Form & payment either through netbanking or credit card/debit card no correction would be made in any circumstances.

·         Guidelines for Private Student Registration

·         Pre-requisites before applying online 
·         For Candidates who do not have their Photo and Signature in the old Exam data need to get their photo & signature scanned as per specifications given here below before applying.
  • Scanned images of photographs and signature should be in .JPG/JPEG/ PNG/ GIF format only.
  • Size of scanned photograph and signature file should be between 1KB–500 K.B
  • Go to the link http://www.bseh.org.in  and click on ‘Click Here’ button for Re-Appear/ Partial Improvement / Full Improvement / Additional Subject. Registration and you will get the Registration page.
  • On Registration Page select the Examination/Class for which you want to get registered i.e. Secondary or Senior Secondary and select the criteria for which you want to apply (Re-Appear/ Partial Improvement / Full Improvement / Additional).
  • Select Session and Year of the Board examination on the basis of result of which you are now applying and enter your Roll no and Date of birth. Click on Search button to proceed.
  • Your Registration Form will open. Some of the personal details such as Name, Father’s name etc. will be displayed automatically from the previous exam data base. Enter your contact details such as personal email address, personal mobile no, correspondence and permanent address.
·         (Note: If Roll no and Date of birth is not found, then click on ‘Click here’ button to register as a new applicant only for Additional)
  • Click on Proceed button in order to proceed. A confirmation page will be displayed, check the “Declaration” check box and review the complete form carefully. In case any changes are required, click on the “Edit” button else click on the “Confirm” button.
  • As soon as you click on ‘Proceed’ button, you will receive an acknowledgement email containing your login credential details on your registered mobile and e-mail address confirming that you have been registered successfully.
  • Applicant’s login will be created and dashboard will be displayed. Your username and password will be displayed on the dashboard.
·         (Note: Username and password will be available on the dashboard only once, at the time of registration confirmation.)
  • Click on ‘Edit your Details’ link in the left hand side vertical menu list to edit the details filled at the time of registration.
  • Click on ‘Upload Photo and Signature’ to upload your photograph and signature if they are not uploaded automatically. The detailed guidelines for uploading the image and signature are specified on the Upload Photo and Signature page.
  • Click on ‘Choose Exam Center’ link to select your examination center.
·         (Note: You cannot proceed for Exam Center selection unless you have uploaded the image and signature.)
  • Click on ‘Fill Subject’ link to select the subjects for which you want to appear in the examination.
  • The Subject Selection Criteria is as follows
    • For Re-Appear, all the subjects will be selected by default.
    • For Partial Improvement, only four subjects at the most can be selected. Please select your subjects carefully as subjects once selected cannot be changed.
    • For Full Improvement, all the subjects you have passed the main examination with will be selected by default.
    • For Additional, only one subject for Secondary & many no. of subjects, only from one stream at a time for Sr. Secondary can be selected. Please select your subjects carefully as subjects once selected cannot be changed.
  • Click on ‘Make Payment’ to proceed for payment. Fee of Rs. 700/ is fixed irrespective of the no. of subjects selected.
  • Two modes of payment have been available to the candidates:
    • Net Banking
    • Debit / Credit Card
  • Once the payment is confirmed, transaction receipt would be generated for reference and intimation for the same would be sent on the registered Mobile Number.
  • Click on the ‘Application Form’ link on dashboard to view/print the entered details along with subject and exam center selection
  • Click on the ‘Admit Card’ link to generate the admit card which will be generated based on Board Administrator Permission.

Volcanism Volcanoes and types of Volcanoes

Volcanism:

Sudden eruption of hot magma (molten rocks), gases, ash and other material from inside the earth to its surface is called volcanism.

Types of Volcanoes: there are three main types of Volcanoes:

Active Volcanoes: 

The volcanoes which erupts very frequently are called Active volcanoes. It may erupt many times daily e.g. Mauna Loa Volcano in the Hawaii, Etna Volcano in Sicily, Vesuvius Volcano in Italy and Stromboli Volcano in Mediterranean sea

Dormant Volcano:

The volcanoes which do not erupt for quite sometime are called Dormant volcanoes. It may take several days to months to erupt e.g Fujiyama volcano  in Japan, Krakatoa volcano in Indonesia and Barren Island Volcano in Andamans.

Extinct Volcanoes:

The volcanoes which do not erupt for several centuries are called e.g. Arthur's Seat volcano in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Ring of Fire: 

The Ring of fire is a series of hundreds of active volcanoes found on the land near the edges of the Pacific Ocean.

Forests of India Distribution, Climatic condition, Characteristics and Species found

Forests of India
India is a country which is known for greenery, and forests are also a part of it besides the crops grown and man made orchards. Forests of India are mainly of four types:
1. Tropical Evergreen Forests
2. Tropical Moist Deciduous    forests
3. Tropical Dry Deciduous Forests
4. Dry Forests or Arid Forests. 
All the four types play a major role in making India a green country. These forests have great contribution in seasonal changes and harbor a lot of life forms which includes animals, plants, tree etc. Most of the insect species occurring in India inhabits these particular areas. The details of distribution, climatic condition, Characteristics and species of each type of forest are as follow:
Distribution of Tropical Evergreen Forest is mainly in    rainy slopes of Western Ghats. It is also distributed in North East India except western ghats, Eastern part of West Bengal, Odisha and Andman  Nicobar Islands.
Climatic Conditions of Tropical Evergreen Forests:
Climatic conditions of a particular area includes Rainfall, Relative humidity, Average temperature etc. The Rainfall in Tropical Evergreen forests is more than 200 cm. Such a rainfall keep the forests always green as the name suggests. Relative humidity in these forests remains more than 70%. Average temperature in these areas is about 24 degree celsius. The climatic conditions in Tropical Evergreen forests are hot and humid.
Characteristics of the flora found in Tropical Evergreen forests includes very high trees. The hight of trees is about 40 meters to 60 meters. Because of the hight of trees the ground remains shady and moist.
Plant Species found in Tropical Evergreen forests are Mahogany, Mahua, Bamboo, Cones, Ironwood, Kadam, Irul, Jamun, Hopea, Rubber, Tree, Toon, Telsur etc.
Tropical Moist Deciduous Forests:
Distribution of Tropical Moist Deciduous Forests is in Eastern parts of Sahiyadris (Western Ghats). It also ranges in North Eastern part of Peninsula, Middle and Lower Ganga valley. Foothills of Himalayas in Bhabar and Tarai region of India also represents distribution of Tropical Moist Deciduous Forest. These forests cover about 20% of India's forest area.
Climatic Conditions of Tropical Moist Deciduous Forest are moderate. There is about 100 to 200 cm rainfall per annum. Temperature remains average in thses forests.
Characteristics of the fauna:
Average height of the trees found in these areas 30 to 40 meters high. Due to deficiency of water they shed their leaves in spring i.e. onset of summer.
Species of plants found in Tropical Moist Deciuous Forests are Sal, Teak, Arjun, Mulberry, Kusum, Sandalwood, Siris, Haldi, Khair, Mango, Banyan tree etc.

Tropical Dry Deciduous Forests
Distribution of Tropical Dry Deciduous Forests is in large parts of Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh. These are also spread in parts of Punjab, Haryana and Eastern parts of Rajasthan. Tropical Dry Deciduous Forests show spread in Northern and Western parts of Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and southern parts of Uttar Pradesh.
Climatic Conditions: Humidity in Tropical Dry Deciduous Forests remains moderate. The rainfall in these areas remains 50 meter to 100 meters.
The roots of the trees found in  Dry Deciduous Forests areas are thick and long. The average height of trees are from 6 to 15 meters.
Main Species of plants found in Dry Deciduous Forests are Teak, Sal, Bamboo, Mango, Acacia, Neem, Shisham etc.

Dry Forests or Arid Forests:
Distribution of Dry Forests or Arid Forests is in Rajasthan and adjoining areas of Haryana, Gujarat and Punjab. These forests are also distributed in Rainshadow areas of peninsular India.
Climatic Conditions of Dry Forests or Arid Forests: Relative humidity in these forests is very less. The rainfall remains very less i.e. about 50cm per annum.
Thorny vegetation, long roots of plants and small leaves are the main Charecteristics of plants found in Dry Forests or Arid Forests.
Main species of plants are cactus, Thorny bushes, Kikar, Babool, Date palm, Acacia, Khair, Euphorbias etc.
