- Must bring a valid photo identity proof
- Reach at centre before one hour
- Use only black or blue ball point pen
- Shouldn't bring watch, calculator, mobile phones, log tables, any electronic gadget, blank or printed paper
- pasted photograph must be attested by gazetted officer
