eNPS - an online portal for registration and contribution under NPS
This is to inform to all Government employees that eNPS - an online portal for registration and contribution under NPS- has now been made available on the NPS Trust website (www.npstrust.org.in) under Tab “NPS Online” on the Home page. Using the facilities available in the eNPS portal, a Subscriber can register under NPS, generate a Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN) under All Citizens of India sector and contribute to his/her Permanent Retirement Account. Further, the Subscribers already registered under NPS and having active PRAN can make contributions through eNPS in their Tier I as well as Tier II NPS accounts.
Advantages/Benefits of eNPS:
eNPS is a functionality for online enrollment and contribution processing. A Subscriber can register under NPS using this facility from anywhere and a PRAN will be allotted immediately.

HTET 2015 Level 3 was held on 14th Nov. 2015 at various centers in Haryana state. The paper was cancelled by BSEH due to pre leakage of the answer key of HTET 2015 Level 3. New dates has been announced by BSEH. New date for HTET Level 3 will be 20th February 2016. New admit cards will be uploaded by the board which can be downloaded from htet.nic.in website of htet 2015.

The date of written examination for Stenographer (Grade ‘C’&’D’) Examination 2015 has been changed. SSC NR has given notice for change in the date of written test for Stenographer (Grade ‘C’&’D’) Examination 2015.
The following amendment is made to Para (1) & (9)- scheme of written examination & syllabus as under:-
“The date of written examination may now be read as 31-01-2016 After Noon (Sunday) in place of 24-1-2016(Sunday).”

Status of Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination, 2013.
The
SSC conducted the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Exam 2013 on 20 and 27
October 2013, and 10 November 2013 for recruitment to the post of Data Entry
Operators and Lower Division Clerks. Total 22, 24,981 candidates appeared in Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2)
Examination, 2013.
Out of 2244981 total 14374 candidates
qualified provisionally for typing test of LDC, and 9960 candidates for skill
test for Data Entry Operator in the examination. All the qualified candidates were
called by the SSC for Typing Test/ Data Entry Test.

HTET 2015 Level 3
HTET 2015 Level 3 was held on 14th Nov. 2015 at various centers in Haryana state. The paper was cancelled by BSEH due to pre leakage of the answer key of HTET 2015 Level 3. No new dates has been announced by the BSEH till now. It appears HTET 2015 Level 3 will be organised in new year 2016. The reason behind all this can be a very huge and time consuming procedure of alloting examination centers, issuing roll numbers and selection of a suitable date of examination for HTET 2015 Level 3.

Applicability
(i) The CTET shall apply to schools of the Central Government (KVS, NVS, Central Tibetan Schools, etc.) and
schools under the administrative control of UT’s of Chandigarh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu and
Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and NCT of Delhi.
(ii) CTET may also apply to the unaided private schools, who may exercise the option of considering the CTET.
(iii) Schools owned and managed by the State Government/local bodies and aided schools shall consider the TET
conducted by the State Government. However, a State Government can also consider the CTET if it decides not
to conduct the State TET.
(iv) According to CBSE Affiliation Bye-Law 53, prescribing the minimum qualifications for teachers to teach
various subjects in Classes I to VIII in the schools Affiliated to CBSE stands amended to that extent and it shall
be mandatory that the teachers appointed hereinafter i.e. 6th March 2012 to teach classes I to VIII in the Schools
affiliated to the CBSE shall qualify/pass the Central Teacher Eligibility Test or Teacher Eligibility Test (TET),
conducted by the appropriate Central/ State Government in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the
NCTE for this purpose.

Please note that Qualifying the CTET would not confer a right on any person for recruitment/employment as
